Reminder:
USERNAME: This is your first initial + last name (all lower case: e.g., asmith).
Note that to avoid duplicate usernames, in some cases it may be necessary to add a 1, 2, or 3 to the first initial+last name combination (e.g., asmith1).
PASSWORD: Initially your last name (first letter capitalized), until you change it.
Note: Spouses add a dash One (-1) to the end of the primary account holder's member number (ie: Smith-1). |
